Aditi Singh focuses her practice in the area of corporate law by primarily assisting clients with a variety of agreements related to their on-going business operations. Prior to joining Akabas & Sproule, Aditi has practiced transactional and corporate law at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and Luthra & Luthra Law Offices, where she represented hedge funds, broker-dealers, investment banks and other financial institutions in mergers, acquisitions and financings, as well as in negotiating, drafting and reviewing a variety of operations agreements for substantive business operations.
Aditi has a LLM from Columbia Law School and a LLB from Campus Law Center, Delhi University. She is admitted to practice in New York.
