Eleanor Tai focuses her practice on corporate law, counseling clients on a variety of business matters and transactions. Eleanor has practiced corporate and transactional law in the New York offices of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, where she represented public and private companies, financial institutions and investment funds in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and financings, as well as issuers and underwriters in initial and follow-on public offerings.
Eleanor holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, from which she graduated summa cum laude. She is admitted in New York and New Jersey.
