Henry E. Rakowski was born in Berlin, Germany. He received a B.S. from
State University of New York at Binghamton and a J.D. from Benjamin N.
Cardozo School of Law. He is admitted to the bars of New Jersey and
the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey; and to New York, the
U.S. District Court, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York;
and to the District of Columbia. He is a member of the American
Lawyers Quarterly and Commercial Law League of America and the Nassau
County and American Bar Associations. His practice areas are
corporate; contracts; commercial real estate; and commercial
litigation.
