Marty Todtman focuses his practice on corporate mergers and acquisitions and tax law. He is the past President and a founding member of Lawyers Associated, Worldwide, an alliance of independent law firms around the world. He is rated AV Preeminent in Martindale-Hubbell's Peer Review Ratings of lawyers and is a member of Strathmore's Who's Who.
Marty received a B.S. in Accounting from New York University Stern School of Business and a LL.B. degree from Brooklyn Law School. Marty also received a Masters of Law in Taxation from New York University School of Law. He is admitted to the bar in New York.
